These terms apply to your use of the First Tech Electrical website (www.firsttechelectrical.co.nz) and to any quotes, bookings or work you engage us for. By using our website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
About us
First Tech Electrical is a registered electrical and heat pump business based in Palmerston North, serving the Manawatū-Whanganui region. We provide heat pump supply and installation, electrical maintenance and repairs, switchboard and lighting upgrades, and related services.
Quotes and pricing
- Quotes are free and provided in good faith based on the information available at the time.
- Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 14 days.
- All prices are in New Zealand dollars and GST applies.
- For heat pump installations a deposit is typically required to secure your booking and equipment.
- If the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues arise on site, we will talk it through with you before doing additional work.
Bookings and cancellations
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel a booking. Deposits for equipment may be non-refundable once the equipment has been ordered, and we will always make this clear at the time.
Our workmanship
We are a registered electrical company and HVAC-qualified, and our work complies with New Zealand electrical regulations and standards. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply and are not affected by these terms.
Using our website
The content on this website is provided for general information. While we keep it as accurate as we can, it is not a substitute for a formal quote or professional advice for your specific situation. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or information on it.
