Why I started First Tech
First Tech Electrical is my company - owner-operated, run by me, Kees, a registered electrician and HVAC-qualified tradesman based right here in the Manawatū. I started First Tech to bring genuinely high-quality electrical and heat pump work to local homes and businesses, with the kind of honest, personal service you don't always get from a bigger outfit.
I'll be straight with you - we're not the cheapest, and I'm upfront about that. What we are is the team that does it right the first time. Clean, tidy work, honest advice about what you actually need, and no surprises when the invoice lands. That's the standard I hold every job to, whether it's a single power point or a full switchboard upgrade and a multi-room heat pump system.
Because it's my name on the work, I care how every job turns out. I'd rather do one thing properly than cut a corner to save a dollar, and I want you ringing us back for the next job because you trusted the last one.
